About the RSMS PTO
Get Involved with Our PTO
Being involved in your child's school has lasting, positive effects on both academic success and their overall attitude toward school. Our PTO partners with the school to create a positive learning environment while fostering a welcoming and supportive school community.
We encourage all families to get involved. Whether you can volunteer your time, attend events, or support PTO initiatives, every contribution makes a difference. We appreciate all the support you can provide.

By-Laws
RSMS PTO exists to
Promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, and community;
bring into closer relation the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the academic training of the child; and
develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for every child the highest advantages in his/her physical, mental, and social education.
The RSMS PTO Bylaws were revised and approved on April 16, 2019.

The Rising Starr Middle School PTO depends on your financial support to accomplish all the activities that benefit the school, teachers, and students. If you have any questions about the PTO Fundraising, please contact Nicole Norris.

Kroger Community Rewards Program
Link your Kroger card and they will donate a percentage based on your purchase amount to Rising Starr Middle School PTO.
For first time user, set up a new Kroger.com account and link to the card to Rising Starr Middle School PTO.
If you already have an account, sign in to your account and enroll every year in August to relink Rising Starr Middle School PTO to your account.
Publix Partners Account
For every dollar you spent at Publix, Publix will donate a percentage based on your purchase amount to Rising Starr Middle School.
For first time user, set up a new Publix Partners Account and select Rising Starr Middle School PTO as My Publix Partner School.
If you already have an account, sign in to your account and select Rising Starr Middle School as your Partner School.
At check out, enter the phone number associated with this account and Rising Starr Middle School will receive a donation.
